TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation of one of the packages offered by O-AZURE, Royal road, Roches Noires, MAURITIUS, automatically entails the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A) PRICE REVISION CLAUSE

The prices indicated have been determined according to the € / Rs exchange rate applied of 1 € = 46 Rs

The price is likely to move upward from Rs 45 per €1 and downward from Rs 47 per €1.

In other words, we bear the exchange difference for a change between 45 and 47 Rs for 1 €. Beyond that, the price will be revised upwards or downwards according to the evolution of the exchange rate, and an additional sum will be requested or deducted with the payment of the balance.

Any change in the number of participants (addition or reduction) provided for in the contract must be subject to prior written agreement. In the event that the number of participants confirmed by the list of names is less than the minimum figure provided for in the group contract, the Organizer reserves the right to: either revise the price upwards, by additional invoicing, or cancel, when the completion of the trip or stay is subject to the minimum number of participants provided. In this case, the cancellation fees are those set out below.

B) RESERVATION – DEPOSIT – BALANCE PAYMENT

All reservations must be made in writing (fax, mail, etc.) and lead to the establishment of a detailed estimate equivalent to a contract which, to be valid, must be returned duly signed within eight days of the date of sending by us and accompanied by the down-payment as stipulated in the Proposal and in the Invoice:

– the 50% deposit must be paid to validate the order for the event

– the remaining balance (= 100% of the total amount as per the proposal) must be paid at least 30 days before the day of the event. For any reservation that does not comply with this rule, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to charge the corresponding cancellation costs.

C) FAILURE TO REGISTER

The organizer cannot be held responsible for: failure to register customers at the place of departure of the air travel, delay in connecting travels by air, rail or land, that haven’t been organized by the organizer if this delay results from a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event or the act of a third party. The organizer cannot be held responsible for failure to register:

– when the participant presents outdated identification and/or health documents (national identity card, passport, vaccination certificates). If, despite the absence of the necessary documents, boarding is authorized, in the event that the authorities of the destination refuse entry to the destination, the return costs will be borne by the participant who will not be able to claim any reimbursement. or compensation.

– in the event of failure to register at the place of departure of the air trip, the full amount of the trip will be withheld.

D) RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVEL ORGANIZER REGARDING CHANGES OF THE AIR TRAVEL ITINERARY

The specific constraints of air transport linked to airspace congestion, air navigation rules, the processing time for aircraft at airports subordinate to the essential concern for the safety of the passengers transported may lead to changes in the provisional timetables for both regular flights and special flights (charters). As the execution of the flights are defined by the provisions of the I.C.A.O. (International Civil Aviation Organisation) as well as by the provisions governing the circulation and control of air navigation between the nations concerned, the organizer of the trip will endeavor as far as possible to deal with any irregularity of traffic but the liability in this matter cannot exceed that of the carrier.

E) FORCE MAJEURE

The organizer will be be held responsible for obligations contracted by him under this contract and his responsibility cannot be called into question if, following an event of force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, declared or undeclared wars, natural disasters, he was prevented from organizing the trip provided for in this contract, or if said trip had to be interrupted or shortened. Oazure Ltd recommends that its customers take out optional cancellation insurance to cover certain cases of force majeure.

F) FORMALITIES

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the organizer informs the customer in writing of the various administrative and/or health formalities necessary for the execution of the trip (identity card, passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).

If the formalities change between the signing of the contract and the trip, the organizer will inform the client who will have to comply with these new administrative requirements.
